Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients while proactively acquiring new high-value banking customers.
- Provide expert financial advice and personalized product recommendations based on individual client needs and risk profiles.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for banking products, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure optimal client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to streamline credit processing and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in all financial transactions.
- Participate in networking events and local market activities to strengthen CIMB Niaga's brand presence in Batam.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or banking is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial products, economic trends, and banking operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a competitive environment.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to portfolio management.
- Willingness to be based in Batam and travel within the region as required.
