Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively manage and nurture incoming sales leads to convert prospects into active clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to guide clients through our product offerings.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their specific goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and client interaction data accurately within our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales effectively.
- Proficient in using office productivity software and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
