Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and service delivery for AI-powered financial solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems to ensure operational efficiency in banking operations
- Develop and implement client training programs for AI-driven financial tools and platforms
- Analyze operational data to identify AI enhancement opportunities and service improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into client service workflows
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all AI operations and client interactions
- Document AI operational processes and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in client services or operations within banking/financial sector
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning applications in business
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure ML)
- Problem-solving aptitude with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications in AI, cloud computing, or financial technologies are highly desirable
