You will be the bridge between our Australian agency and our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. In this role, you will take charge of the client journey, from initial briefs to final delivery. You will work closely with the account management team to ensure that every client requirement is met with precision and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Liaise between internal creative teams and external clients to align expectations.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and project updates to stakeholders.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Organize internal meetings and manage project documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with international or Australian agencies is a plus.
