As a Client Solutions Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate our sophisticated advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client relationships, from initial strategy development to campaign optimization and performance reporting. By leveraging deep data insights and industry expertise, you will ensure that our clients achieve their marketing objectives while maximizing their return on investment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed client marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize advertising campaign performance.
  • Manage daily client communications and act as a subject matter expert on ByteDance advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate value and align on future strategies.
  • Lead the troubleshooting of technical issues related to campaign delivery and tracking.
  • Educate clients on new product features, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or media planning.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling complex advertising accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippines digital media landscape and consumer trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager) is highly preferred.
