Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in clienteling, CRM, or luxury retail management
- Proven experience managing cross-market teams in South Asia
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and cross-cultural communication skills
- Track record of developing high-impact clienteling programs
- Fluency in English and at least one South Asian language
- Experience with omnichannel customer engagement strategies
