Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and develop a team of dermatologists, nurses, and beauty specialists
- Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction
- Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive clinic growth and profitability
- Handle inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Foster a positive work environment and professional development opportunities for staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of skin care treatments, beauty procedures, and dermatological services
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Certification in healthcare management is a plus
