Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly clinic revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the front-office and beauty consultant teams to deliver world-class service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell premium skin treatments and aesthetic products.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to regional management.
- Ensure the clinic environment aligns with the premium brand standards of Sozo Skin.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive clinic traffic and campaign participation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, beauty clinics, or high-end hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and clinic management systems is a plus.
