In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clinic’s growth, ensuring that every client receives a premium experience while meeting and exceeding our ambitious revenue targets.
As our Clinic Sales Manager, you will lead the front-of-house operations with a sales-first mindset. You are not just managing a clinic; you are building relationships, training a high-caliber team, and championing our high-end skincare services. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly clinic revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor clinic staff on professional consultation techniques, upselling, and cross-selling premium service packages.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring a luxury service experience that fosters brand loyalty and high retention rates.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance reports to identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring that the environment reflects the premium standards of the Sozo Skin brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and loyalty programs designed to drive clinic footfall.
- Handle high-level client inquiries and resolve feedback to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management, specifically within the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.
- Strong background in consultative sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in training and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Proactive, resilient, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
