As a key member of our Mangga Besar team, you'll collaborate with skincare specialists to ensure seamless client experiences while monitoring market trends to identify new revenue opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed clinic revenue targets
- Upsell and cross-sell premium skincare packages and high-end treatments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Train clinic staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analytics
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in beauty/healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
