Seven Retail Group is seeking a dynamic Clinic Sales Manager to join our premium brand, Sozo Skin, in Pontianak. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our clinic’s revenue growth, leading a team to deliver exceptional service while maximizing business performance.

You will be responsible for creating a world-class client experience, ensuring that every visitor receives tailored aesthetic solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in consultative sales, capable of turning inquiries into long-term loyal clients through effective upselling, cross-selling, and building a professional rapport. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate the clinic team to consistently exceed monthly individual and branch sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to promote Sozo Skin's premium packages and high-end services.
  • Provide expert consultations to clients, recommending personalized aesthetic treatments and relevant skincare products.
  • Monitor daily clinic performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure business profitability.
  • Conduct regular team training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with regional operations to ensure clinic readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to encourage retention and referrals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, aesthetic clinics, or premium service industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Indonesian and English.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing small to mid-sized teams.
  • Deep understanding of aesthetic trends, skincare products, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and data.
