You will be responsible for creating a world-class client experience, ensuring that every visitor receives tailored aesthetic solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in consultative sales, capable of turning inquiries into long-term loyal clients through effective upselling, cross-selling, and building a professional rapport. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the clinic team to consistently exceed monthly individual and branch sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to promote Sozo Skin's premium packages and high-end services.
- Provide expert consultations to clients, recommending personalized aesthetic treatments and relevant skincare products.
- Monitor daily clinic performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure business profitability.
- Conduct regular team training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with regional operations to ensure clinic readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, aesthetic clinics, or premium service industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Deep understanding of aesthetic trends, skincare products, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills to interpret sales reports and data.
