- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and automation tooling for banking and financial services
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions that meet the demanding requirements of financial operations
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems
- Establish and enforce best practices for cloud operations, security, and compliance
- Drive innovation in cloud technologies, evaluating and implementing new tools and services to enhance our capabilities
- Monitor cloud performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and efficiency
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud technologies with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on experience in infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins)
- Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience mentoring technical teams
