- Analyze insurance sales data to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive business models and forecasting for insurance products

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Design process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or sales operations
- Proven expertise in insurance industry dynamics and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian insurance market landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP or equivalent) preferred
