Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for inventory management systems
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functional, performance, and security requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement quality improvements
- Conduct regression testing to validate system integrity after updates
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality enhancement
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in QA engineering with inventory/retail software
- Proficiency in testing methodologies (manual, automated, regression, performance)
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
