As the Club General Manager, you will hold ultimate accountability for the club's commercial success, operational excellence, and member satisfaction. You will inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of fitness and sales professionals to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the fitness club in Surabaya, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Drive strategic sales initiatives, membership acquisition, and retention programs to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the club's financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate fitness instructors, sales executives, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and community events in the Surabaya area to elevate brand awareness.
- Resolve member inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Club Manager within the fitness, hospitality, retail, or leisure industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales generation, team leadership, and driving business growth.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing club budgets and P&L statements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support club operations in Surabaya.
