Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase sales of automotive financing and refinancing products.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments in the local region.
- Collaborate with the finance division to structure competitive loan packages and promotional offers.
- Manage the budget allocation for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve customer conversion rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners to ensure business sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the automotive or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, loan mechanisms, and customer financing requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role while managing remote team coordination.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is an advantage.
