Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a robust network of vehicle dealers and prospective customers for BRI Finance new and used car products.
- Actively scout for market opportunities to increase loan application volume in the Jakarta Utara area.
- Conduct thorough surveys and verifications of potential debtors to ensure credit quality and minimize risk.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding loan products, interest rates, and financing structures.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, from initial submission to final documentation completion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used vehicle financing.
- Maintain excellent professional relationships with partners and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive financing, banking, or credit marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and mobile within the Jakarta Utara area.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of credit analysis and documentation verification.
- Proactive, discipline, and honest.
