Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential customers for new and used car financing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers and partner showrooms in the Yogyakarta area.
- Conduct professional client consultations to assess financial needs and provide suitable financing solutions.
- Perform preliminary credit analysis and verification of customer documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to credit approval and disbursement.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor collection activities and ensure high portfolio quality for your assigned accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in automotive finance or field marketing is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in the field and adapt to dynamic market conditions in the Sleman/Yogyakarta region.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
