Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and potential customers in the Cikarang area.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for new and used car financing.
- Conduct thorough surveys and credit analysis to ensure prospective clients meet internal underwriting standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of credit application documents and compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets for both new and used car financing portfolios.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio to ensure minimal risk.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and approval process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive finance, banking, or leasing.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with the Cikarang area and local automotive market dynamics.
- Willing to work in the field and perform site visits as needed.
