Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with car dealers and potential clients in the Jakarta Barat area.
- Identify and approach potential customers for new and used car financing services.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and verify documents to assess customer creditworthiness.
- Ensure that all loan application documents meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage the credit lifecycle to minimize the risk of non-performing loans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide regular progress reports to the management team regarding market trends and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in automotive financing or banking is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, target-oriented mindset, and disciplined in managing time.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Willing to work in the field and travel within the Jakarta Barat region.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
