In this role, you will be involved in the production of high-precision components used in the medical device industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, EDM die sinking units, and Wirecut EDM machines to perform precision cutting and shaping.
- Perform manual grinding and finishing operations on tools, dies, and workpieces to achieve tight tolerances.
- Assist in the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and molds using manual and CNC methods.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC and EDM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control procedures (5S, ISO standards).
- Document machining processes, work orders, and production logs accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in precision machining, tool making, and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and technical drawings is an advantage.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
