Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to technical specifications
- Interpret engineering drawings and program CNC controls
- Monitor machine operations and perform adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Document production data and maintain machine logs
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- Minimum 2 years' experience with CNC machine setup and operation
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code) and tooling systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic understanding of ISO quality standards
