Tanggung Jawab
- Operate 4/5-axis CNC machines to manufacture components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and tool setting procedures.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and precision using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve machining challenges and optimize workflows.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience operating 4/5-axis CNC machinery.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately.
- Experience with precision measuring tools such as CMMs, calipers, and micrometers.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
