Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC milling/turning centers to produce precision components per specifications
- Perform machine setup, tool calibration, and parameter adjustments
- Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and implement corrective actions
- Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards and safety protocols
- Maintain production logs and quality documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process optimization
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience with Fanuc/Siemens controls
- Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T
- Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM)
- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for CNC operation systems
