Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and alignment
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments to verify part dimensions
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of machining operations
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred
- Proven experience operating and programming CNC milling machines
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with various materials and their machining characteristics
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
