Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certificate in machining or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control processes
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
