Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program CNC milling/turning machines to produce aerospace components with tight tolerances
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Interpret technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications
- Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (CMM, micrometers, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements
- Document maintenance activities, production logs, and quality control reports
- Maintain strict adherence to aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in Machining, Tool & Die, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controls)
- Strong knowledge of materials science and cutting tool applications
- Certification in CNC programming or machining technology (e.g., NIMS) preferred
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems and root cause analysis
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
