Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate precision metal components
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Collaborate with engineering team to resolve machining challenges
- Maintain production logs and quality documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and CAM software
- Familiarity with CNC lathes, milling machines, and precision tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic knowledge of metal properties and machining techniques
