Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Milling and Turning machines to produce high-precision components for the Oil & Gas industry.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machine setups.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Optimize machining parameters including speed, feed rate, and tool selection to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and ISO quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team and engineers to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a NITEC or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC Machining, specifically within the O&G or heavy engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency in CNC Milling and Turning operations and familiarity with Fanuc or Mazak control systems.
- Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in Tuas and flexibility to handle rotating shifts or overtime when required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
