Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., Fanuc, Haas) and conventional lathes and milling machines.
- Perform precision machining operations to meet tight tolerances and specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM to ensure quality control.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery and tooling.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, 5S methodologies, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to modify programs or tooling setups as needed.
- Document production data and maintain accurate work orders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar technical role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform precise calculations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
