Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines to manufacture precision components
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform machine setup, tool calibration, and quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements
Kualifikasi
- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and geometric dimensioning
- Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code) and CAD/CAM software
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be eligible for Australian visa sponsorship
