Job Opportunity: CNC Milling Machinist (Joo Koon)

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Fanuc, Haas, or similar) to produce precision components within required tolerances.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices for each job.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to verify conformance.
- Optimize machining parameters to balance quality, efficiency, and tool life.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes and meet production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Machinist.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain) is highly desired.
- Solid understanding of cutting tools, speeds and feeds for various materials (steel, aluminum, plastics).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver zero-defect parts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Relevant NITEC, diploma, or certification in Precision Engineering or Machining.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
