Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (e.g., Fanuc, Haas) to produce precision components according to engineering blueprints.
- Edit and troubleshoot CNC machine code (G-code) to optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs to verify tolerance compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and resolve any machining challenges.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality assurance procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or Milling Machine Operator.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with ISO or JIS quality standards.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
