About the Role
Flex Precision Manufacturing, a renowned leader in the high-precision engineering sector, is currently seeking a dedicated CNC Milling Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility in Skudai, Johor. This role is integral to our production workflow, focusing on producing complex, tight-tolerance parts for critical industries, including aerospace, semiconductor, and medical technology.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate various CNC Milling machines (Fanuc / Mazak / Haas controls) to manufacture precision components within tight tolerances (+/- 0.005mm).
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets to determine machining operations, tooling requirements, and inspection criteria.
- Perform meticulous machine setups including workholding devices, cutting tools, offsets, and proving out programs for first-article qualification.
- Monitor machining processes during production, adjusting feeds, speeds, and coolants to optimize cycle times and surface finishes.
- Conduct thorough in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools (CMM, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Optical Comparators).
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machining, or Milling Technology. Candidates with relevant experience (3+ years) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience as a CNC Milling Technician or Machinist in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex GD&T blueprints and technical specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and workholding strategies for various materials (Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Engineering Plastics).
- Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and an understanding of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and commitment to producing zero-defect output.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime to support production schedules.
