Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize CNC programs for milling machines using industry-standard software
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Configure machine parameters, tooling, and fixtures for optimal production efficiency
- Perform program simulations and verify toolpaths to prevent collisions and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve designs for manufacturability
- Document procedures, programs, and quality control measures for continuous improvement
- Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine preventative maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in CNC programming, machining, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming for milling machines
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Deep understanding of G-code programming and machine operations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to precision and detail
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or high-precision manufacturing preferred
