Join TRI-FUSION PRECISION CORPORATION as a CNC Programmer and become a key player in our precision manufacturing operations. We're seeking a skilled professional to develop and optimize CNC programs that drive our machining excellence. In this critical role, you'll translate engineering blueprints into high-precision machining instructions, ensuring our production meets the highest quality standards. You'll work with industry-leading software including Mastercam v9 and Hypermill to create efficient toolpaths, troubleshoot machining challenges, and continuously improve our manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop CNC programs using Mastercam v9 and Hypermill for precision machining operations
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine optimal toolpaths, feeds, and speeds
- Validate CNC programs through simulation and machine trials to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues and implement process improvements
- Document and maintain CNC program libraries with version control and optimization notes
- Perform regular program audits to identify cost-saving opportunities and quality enhancements
- Stay current with CNC programming techniques and software updates
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming for precision manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Mastercam v9 and Hypermill software
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling systems, and materials
- Certification in CNC programming or machining technology preferred
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Proven problem-solving skills for machining challenges and optimization
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
