Equiptest Engineering Pte Ltd is actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our expanding manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in Mastercam and CNC milling to drive production efficiency and precision. As a CNC Programmer at Equiptest Engineering, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all machined parts meet stringent quality standards and specifications. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to bridge the gap between design concepts and actual production, contributing significantly to our operational success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and program precise CNC machining instructions using Mastercam software.
- Perform detailed 3D CAD reviews to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Optimize production workflows and tool paths to reduce cycle times and material waste.
- Generate and verify G-code for CNC milling machines to ensure accurate execution.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective solutions.
- Maintain and update machine setup sheets, operation manuals, and process documentation.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming, with specific proficiency in Mastercam.
- Strong working knowledge of CNC milling processes, tooling selection, and G-code programming.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Catia) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
