Join Microtop Philippines Inc. as a CNC Programmer and drive precision manufacturing excellence in our Laguna Technopark facility. This critical role involves creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for high-precision mold and tooling components, ensuring our machining operations meet exacting industry standards. You'll work with cutting-edge CAD/CAM software to translate complex engineering designs into efficient machining workflows, directly contributing to product quality and production efficiency. Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision machining of mold and tooling components
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Collaborate with engineers to translate designs into efficient machining workflows
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, UG, SolidCAM)
- Implement process improvements to enhance machining efficiency and reduce cycle times
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in all machining processes
- Document and maintain CNC program files and machining parameters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as CNC Programmer in mold/tooling manufacturing
- Proficiency in CNC programming software (Mastercam, UG, SolidCAM)
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling systems
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with G-code programming and CNC machine operation
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
