Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, program, and optimize CNC machine code for complex precision components.
- Perform machine setup, including tool selection, fixture installation, and parameter adjustment to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance to minimize downtime and prevent production errors.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished parts using precision measurement tools.
- Maintain equipment through routine maintenance and proactive cleaning protocols.
- Ensure all operational processes strictly adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in the training of junior operators on machine handling and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC Setup and Programming (Lathe/Milling).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM software and G-code/M-code programming.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- A Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding production environment.
