Tanggung Jawab
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling/turning machines to produce precision components
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to execute machining specifications
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to meet industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize machining workflows
- Document production data, maintenance logs, and quality reports for continuous improvement
- Train junior operators on CNC machinery protocols and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CNC machining operations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Certification in CNC programming or relevant technical training preferred
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in CNC equipment
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Mastercam) is essential
