You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC turning machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and component accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment longevity and minimal downtime.
- Interpret complex blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine optimal machining processes.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output targets and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with workplace safety (WSH) regulations.
- Document production activities and report any deviations or material defects immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CNC turning or related precision machining roles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming is highly advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Willingness to work in the Seletar Aerospace Park area and follow shift schedules as required.
