Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controllers and G-code with precision.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Optimize cutting parameters to improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC Turning operations.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes, specifically with Fanuc controllers.
- Strong working knowledge of G-code and technical reading skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering schematics.
- Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
