Tanggung Jawab
- Program, set up, and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining sequences and dimensions
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for maximum efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineering team to develop machining strategies for complex parts
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Document production activities, maintain quality records, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor junior technicians on CNC programming and operation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and operation of turning and milling centers
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and geometric tolerances
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in CNC programming or related technical field is an advantage
