Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines to ensure optimal performance
- Produce precision parts according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Optimize machining parameters to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machining Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CNC turning operations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding geometric dimensions
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine controls
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies
