Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission commercial coffee machines at client locations
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of coffee brewing equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults
- Conduct emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime for clients
- Maintain detailed service records and technical documentation
- Provide technical training and operational guidance to clients
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery schedules
- Stay updated on emerging coffee machine technologies and repair techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in coffee machine service or technical repair
- Technical certification in HVAC, electronics, or mechanical engineering preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Physical stamina for equipment handling and site visits
