As a Coffee Machine Technician, you will play a critical role in our operations. You will be tasked with ensuring that all coffee machines are operating at peak efficiency, providing reliable service to our clients, and delivering an exceptional coffee experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and deep cleaning of espresso and commercial coffee machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, electrical issues, and hydraulic problems.
- Install, calibrate, and set up new coffee machinery at client locations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure optimal brewing performance.
- Provide exceptional on-site technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventory, and warranty records.
- Uphold strict safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid trade certificate or relevant technical diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Mahlkönig, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a focus on precision.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
- Physically fit to perform on-site maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license (desirable for field service).
