Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Supervise and mentor field collection teams to ensure high performance and professional conduct.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio to minimize non-performing loans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex account issues and disputes.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for branch management.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company SOPs and national financial regulations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team progress and provide on-the-spot guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within the finance, banking, or multi-finance industry.
- Deep understanding of collection processes and debt recovery strategies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
- Residing in or willing to be based in Batam.
