- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for collections staff
- Conduct workshops on negotiation techniques, compliance regulations, and communication skills
- Develop engaging learning materials including presentations, role-play scenarios, and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback
- Coach collection agents on improving debtor engagement and recovery rates
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in debt collection
- Collaborate with management to align training with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in training or collections management
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of collection processes and financial regulations
- Experience developing curriculum and training materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in training software and LMS platforms
