Join Yayasan Taman Montessori Grace as a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher and ignite young minds in our nurturing Montessori environment. We're seeking an enthusiastic educator to foster holistic development in children aged 2-6 years through play-based learning and hands-on exploration. You'll create engaging lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles, maintain a safe and stimulating classroom atmosphere, and track individual progress through observational assessments. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum for children aged 2-6 years
- Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and organized learning environments
- Conduct ongoing assessments of children's developmental progress and learning outcomes
- Foster positive parent relationships through regular updates and conferences
- Collaborate in school events, parent workshops, and community activities
- Maintain detailed documentation of student growth and classroom activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent field
- Montessori certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching preschool/kindergarten age children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and learning methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative lesson planning abilities with hands-on learning focus
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
