Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to Spruce standards and client requirements
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Interact professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physically able to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
